Hatha Yoga - Members only

This special sunrise yoga session will be taking place on The Rooftop at Projects Lanes. It will be subject to weather conditions and will be moved to either The Globe or The Gym at Beach in the event of rain.

The practice will guide you through a playful and fluid sequence of yoga postures that are synchronized with your breath, creating a space for you to get to know your body and mind.

Mindful flow encourages you to dive within, allowing you to move with embodiment and intention. Through this practice, you will cultivate awareness, balance, and mindfulness.

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners with options given to enable a more restful or dynamic practice.
