About the event

A workshop to explore your personality through Lumina Spark

An experienced mediator, trainer, facilitator and leader, Beccie D’Cunha has built her career, business and the teams around her - around the strengths and gaps in her personality. She now uses Lumina Spark - a next generation psychometric - to help leaders and teams to harness their strengths, manage their over-extensions and build strong and diverse teams.

This workshop will be a fun and interactive way in to exploring your personality - your strengths, your blindspots, the ways you respond under pressure.

Come along if you would like to boost your self-awareness, your business/career and your relationships. And get to know some fellow Projects members too...

This workshop is open to all Projects members but it will be particularly useful for leaders and people managers. Numbers are limited to 25 people.

Bio

Beccie D’Cunha is the founder of Courage Lab, which supports leaders and teams to have courageous conversations and to build courageous relationships and workplaces. An experienced mediator, facilitator and coach, she has also run charities and small businesses, often leading through very tough periods of change and crisis. She now runs courageous leadership programmes, facilitates team development workshops and mediates conflicts within teams. Much of her work is about developing inner courage so we can then build courageous cultures.
