About the event
We're switching up the usual lunchtime yoga to make the most of the (hopefully) sunny weather. In the event of bad weather, the session will take place in The Gym at Ship Street.
This practice will guide you through a playful & fluid sequence of yoga postures that are synchronised with your breath, creating a space for you to get to know your body and mind.
A Projects member only event.
