Summer Solstice - Rest + Play Workshop
This is our third seasonal event with Georgie Francesca x Projects the last event SOLD OUT so make sure to grab your tickets in advance!
We're bringing you an extra special evening event to celebrate the arrival of SUMMER!
We'll explore the energy of play + fire to call in the summer solstice through some heart led movement practices, we'll then descend deep into a journey of rest + stillness to land in this high energy time of year.
