Virtual offices
in central Brighton

To set up a registered office, we require the following information to perform referencing checks:

- Company name, VAT Number, Registration Number

- Forwarding address for a Director 

- Documentation for proof of address, including one form of ID and one bank statement/utility bill

 

This enables you to set Projects (Beach or The Lanes) as your registered business address, as well as the ability to have personal and business related post delivered to Projects under the name of one company. You will be notified on delivery, for any additional post handling or forwarding this will incur additional fees.

 

You would also receive virtual memberships perks, such as access to our online community, through events and Slack, our in-house communication tool.

 

We require 30 days notice to cancel a registered address.
