Looking for a new home for your team? We’ve currently got a 10-desk private office available at Projects Ship Street, with a 6-desk and 2-desk office coming soon at Projects Nile House.

1. Make them visible
Put your goals somewhere you see daily - your desk, your wall, your lock screen. If they're buried in a notes app, they don't exist.
2. Check in weekly
Pick one day each week to review what's working. Friday afternoons are perfect - adjust before the weekend, start Monday with clarity.
3. Attach to existing habits
Link new goals to things you already do. Want to network more? Introduce yourself to someone new every time you grab coffee. The habit becomes the trigger.

Blue Monday is often labelled the most difficult day of the year, but for many people, low mood and loneliness do not arrive on a schedule. At work, it can show up quietly.

Feeling disconnected in busy offices, socially full calendars, or roles that leave little space to pause and check in with ourselves or each other. That is why we are collaborating with @_thelonelyclub to think more intentionally about how workplaces can support connection, not just productivity.

Simple things like creating low pressure spaces to talk, normalising honest conversations, and remembering that showing up as you are is enough. You are not failing for feeling this way.

And you are definitely not alone. If you are struggling today, take it gently. Small moments of care at work can make a bigger difference than we realise 💙

Life can get busy, and it is easy to focus on everything around us. But how often do we pause to check in with ourselves, notice how we feel, and give our mind and body the care they need? As part of Men’s Health Month, our Community and Marketing Lead Ethan has written about the importance of meeting men where they are in the workplace and creating space for honest conversations.

Alongside this, we are hosting a workshop designed to help men reconnect with both body and mind. Through breathwork, movement, and meditation, you will explore practical tools that support wellbeing, steady the mind, and build inner strength.

In this 1.5 hour session, you will learn strategies to sharpen focus, tune into your emotional and physical state, and use simple techniques to lift your mood and regain perspective. Share this with someone who might benefit. Open to everyone. 🤝

Meet our team: Caz 🫰

Caz is our incredible Community Manager running our Ship Street site. She brings a plethora of varied experience to her role at Projects, even having previous experience on a private island 🏝️ She uses her multidimensional experience to bring a level head to every situation and is always around to fix a situation.

With a degree in jewellery-making and an eye for design, Caz has been a key player in our Ship Street redesign and can strike a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetic.

Earlier this month Alex, Matt, Alana and Ethan attended @gcuc_uk , the UK’s largest International coworking conference.
