At Projects, we believe workspaces should remove friction, not create it. Our spaces are known for their balance: calm but energising, social without being distracting.

Projects Crescent Court brings that same approach to Tunbridge Wells, shaped carefully around the town and its business community. A place where ambition meets belonging, and progress feels both personal and shared.

Opening in May 2026, Crescent Court is now welcoming early interest.

1. Make them visible
Put your goals somewhere you see daily - your desk, your wall, your lock screen. If they're buried in a notes app, they don't exist.
2. Check in weekly
Pick one day each week to review what's working. Friday afternoons are perfect - adjust before the weekend, start Monday with clarity.

As part of Men’s Health Month, our Community and Marketing Lead Ethan has written about the importance of meeting men where they are in the workplace and creating space for honest conversations.

Alongside this, we are hosting a workshop designed to help men reconnect with both body and mind. Through breathwork, movement, and meditation, you will explore practical tools that support wellbeing, steady the mind, and build inner strength.

In this 1.5 hour session, you will learn strategies to sharpen focus, tune into your emotional and physical state, and use simple techniques to lift your mood and regain perspective. Share this with someone who might benefit. Open to everyone. 🤝

With a degree in jewellery-making and an eye for design, Caz has been a key player in our Ship Street redesign and can strike a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetic.

It’s no surprise that many of us start to feel the strain and risk hitting that dreaded B-word: burnout.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Evolution by @enter_gallery , an incredible new exhibition that took over both our Globe space and The Rooftop. The night brought together members, artists, and guests to celebrate Brighton’s vibrant art scene.

Supporting local businesses and giving them the freedom to create, showcase, and share their work is exactly what Projects is all about.
