Residence is our unlimited coworking membership. It's designed for freelancers, founders and remote workers who want a brilliant place to work and a community to go with it. Perfect for individuals or small teams who want complete flexibility.

Flexible coworking hours for small teams of 4+

Our Sessions package offers 500 shared hours of workspace access, valid for 12 months. Ideal for teams of four or more, Sessions includes all the benefits of a coworking membership with a shared team dashboard to manage usage.

“A year and a half ago, I was living and working from a flat in London, priced out of nearby coworking spaces. Every so often, I’d come to Brighton and get a day pass at Projects to break things up.

I always felt better from the trips to down. So I made a life change: left familiar surroundings, security of friends, and moved by the sea. I signed up to be a coworker well before the last moving box was unpacked.

In my first week, I was sitting at The Rooftop bar, sipping a spicy marg, looking out over the city, thinking: how is this my life now?

What started as a simple change of scenery turned into something more. I’m now part of a community that has not only shaped my daily routine but also helped to ground a life here in Brighton.

A year ago, I met someone here as a coworker. Just last month, we became a team.

I didn’t expect a workspace to be a reason to change where I lived. But Projects was.
