The Spine Check is a great way for your employees to understand their bodies better and give them some feedback on how little changes in their posture can create massive changes in their life either in reducing pain, or improving mobility and other lifestyle improvements.

About the event
During the screening we take pictures using state of the art posture analysis software to understand how small postural changes can put uneven pressure on the spine, we will also check weight distribution and do some orthopaedic tests to give your employee a better understanding their body, think of it as a short 10-15 minute health MOT. At the end of each screening I’m happy to discuss any improvements that could be made.
