About the event
Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 is taking place from 13 to 19 May, on the theme of “Movement: Moving more for our mental health”, so this drop in session is dedicated to helping you know how to best fuel your body pre and post movement.
Do you feel overwhelmed with what to eat to best support your body through your workouts? The way we fuel and re-fuel our bodies when it comes to exercise can make all the difference to our fitness and our long term strength. If you’re feeling ready to learn more deeply about what your body needs to move and perform at its best, book in one of the five slots at our next nutrition drop in clinic on 15th May with our Wellbeing Ambassador Caroline Rose.
Caroline will do an assessment of your current nutrition and provide personalised advice on the changes you could make to really enhance your movement in order to feel stronger, recover quicker, regulate your nervous system and feel more energised.
