About the event

Hi, I’m Sol. I help founders and teams tackle the tricky, ‘inner’ challenges of building something extraordinary.


In this workshop I’ll guide you through my Mental Fitness Flow model - a simple, practice framework that addresses the root cause of why your mind can so often feel like it’s working against you.


While skills, strategy, experience, and expertise set your potential, mental fitness determines how much of it you actually achieve. You can train your mind to create new neural pathways and habits, helping you move beyond the mental noise of over thinking and self-doubt, and break free from patterns like procrastination or perfectionism.


A mentally fit mind enables you to:


  1. Stay composed, clear-headed and focussed on what truly matters, instead of being pulled in every direction.

  2. Act boldly even when the stakes are high, and fear or doubt creeps in.
