Get ready to elevate your fitness with ROX's next-level BOX class, held in their underground studio. This isn’t your typical boxercise - it's a dynamic 45-minute high-intensity workout blending boxing, strength, and cardio. You’ll switch between bag work and floor exercises, challenging both your body and mind. Expect high-energy vibes, flashing lights, and killer playlists that will leave you feeling powerful and energised.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at 8:15 in order check in and get acquainted with the class. The class will begin at 8:30.
