To celebrate the launch of The Confidence Workbook, The School of Life and Papersmiths invites you to an evening of conversation about one of life’s most essential (and most misunderstood) skills: confidence. Far from being a gift of the gods, the book demonstrates that confidence is a faculty we are all endowed with and that can flourish with the right kind of practice and encouragement.

Following a brief introduction from a member of The School of Life faculty, you’ll be broken up into smaller groups to discuss your own perspective on some of the ideas explored in The Confidence Workbook.
