Life can get busy, and it’s easy to focus on everything else around us. But how often do we take a moment to check in with ourselves, notice how we’re feeling, and give our mind and body some care?
About the Workshop
Held as part of Men’s Mental Health Month, this workshop is designed to help men reconnect with both body and mind. Through breathwork, movement, and meditation, you’ll explore practical tools to support wellbeing, calm the mind, and build inner strength.
In this immersive 1.5-hour session, you’ll learn strategies to improve focus, tune into your emotional and physical state, and apply simple techniques to lift your mood and find perspective whenever you need it.
