Every few weeks a new business seems to pop up, ready to welcome curious locals and visitors alike. Pommy's Pizza
Where: 12 Imperial Arcade
Bringing new life to the Imperial Arcade, Pommy's Pizza serves New York style pizza by the slice, by the quarter and of course, by the whole.
Patio
Where: Surrey Street
One to look out for, Patio promises small plates and wines to remember, for now that's all we know - so keep your eyes peeled on their instagram for more updates.
Namo
Where: 24 Ship Street
Bold, flavourful and inspired dining that brings authentic Thai tastes with a modern twist, already featured in BBC Good Food.
Original Tony's
Where: 15 Trafalgar Street
From the mind of Tony Cackett, right by the station, you can now treat yourself to a pizza and a jarred cocktail on your way out or into Brighton.
Taro
Where: Ship Street
Opening on Ship Street, Taro will be serving up fresh ramen, bento, sushi and sashimi.
