1. What is your role here, and what does a typical day look here at Projects like for you?

"I’m the Community Manager, which means I spend my time looking after our community and helping people feel welcome and supported. A typical day usually includes chatting with members, answering questions, keeping an eye on conversations, and working with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every day is a little different, which keeps things interesting!"

2. What made you want to join the Projects team?

"Coming from a hotel background, I was looking for a change but also wanted a place where I could bring all the learnings and experience I’d gained.

Projects felt like a place where community truly matters, and that really stood out to me. What really drew me to the Projects team, though, was the people and the positive, welcoming vibe. I also loved the idea of being part of something that’s growing and helping create a space that people genuinely enjoy being part of."

3. What part of your work do you find most rewarding?

"The most rewarding part for me is connecting with people. I love helping someone feel comfortable, answering their questions, or seeing conversations spark in the community. Knowing I’ve helped make someone’s experience a little better is always a great feeling."

4. What part of your work do you find most rewarding?

"When I’m not at my desk, I’d say I’m a pretty boring person. I really enjoy staying in and watching anime, which I’ve recently discovered and can’t get enough of. I also like slowing down and getting outside when I can, trying out new local restaurants, and spending quality time with my loved ones."

5. What are you most excited to contribute or build over the next few months?

"I’m really excited to help grow the community and make it an even warmer, more engaging space. Over the next few months, I’m looking forward to building stronger connections, trying new ideas, and getting the full experience of seeing how the events unfold. I can’t wait to help shape a community that people genuinely enjoy being part of."
