The Process
The Design and run of the event:
Best Before wanted to create an event that celebrated Brighton’s hospitality industry while offering real value to the founders, operators, and makers who shape it. We worked closely with founders Lizzy Kaplan and Ben Walton to map a half-day event that balanced panel discussions with informal networking. The focus was on honest conversations, creative energy, and giving people space to connect over shared challenges and opportunities
Space planning & AV:
We configured Nile House for main-stage talks (theatre/cabaret layout), with satellite breakouts for networking and brand showcases. Our team handled signage, check-in flow, stage furniture and AV checks to keep transitions tight and sessions crisp.
On-the-day delivery:
Front-of-house welcome, clear signage and communnications, AV support, our team can take charge of as little or as much as is needed, all depending on what's right for your event.
